Best Western Premier Keizer Salem Hotel

We got in late after a very long drive and were really excited to get into the hot tub. The lady who checked us in was super nice, thoughtful and made sure we had a relaxing time even though we only had 15 minutes till the hot tub closed. The room was very big and the bed was comfortable. We slept past the breakfast so we didn’t try that unfortunately, but we had our own bread with us and the staff let us use the toaster which was great. We also liked that they had soy milk as we don’t drink cows milk. They had ice water with citrus in the lobby at all times which was so refreshing. The gal who helped us check out was super nice and friendly as well. We also appreciated that they had the large pumps in the shower as we prefer those over the tiny shampoo/conditioners. The price was great. Overall it was a great stay.

Room was spacious and comfortable although had a small wardrobe. Had all the requirements to be comfortable for a longer stay. The front desk staff were always so very helpful and keen to assist. The location was amazing - next to supermarkets restaurants, pubs etc. all at a lovely walk away. Ample parking space at no cost.

Great Shower, comfy bed, staff very friendly and courteous, good breakfast, nice location.

The front desk staff was amazing. we were so grateful they let us store some items in their conference room on our checkout day so we could do a nice bike ride on the Willamette Scenic Bike Route. Mandi was super friendly and helpful and so was the gentleman at the front desk the next morning. I have to say this was excellent service and I haven’t had that experience in a long time. We also liked the free EV charging for our car. I hope you install more EV cables for more cars.
